Academics

Academics are a major priority for Zeta Tau Alpha. For the 2019 academic year, ZTA at JSU had the highest Sorority GPA and the highest GPA out of all of the Greek Groups at JSU! We are also so excited that we achieved our chapter GPA goal this past fall with a 3.56! 

Our Academic Achievement Chair encourages and assists members, and she and her Scholarship Committee discuss study habits, create chapter GPA goals, and proctor study hall hours for our members. Our chapter does many other things to help our members with their grades, such as midterm workshops to get sisters back on track, class registration parties, weekly rewards for sisters working hard in their classes, and smarty parties to celebrate the sisters who are doing well in their classes at midterm! 

We also encourage our members to get involved in various honor societies. We are so proud of our sisters involvement in the following:
